INCH PLANT AND RED SUGARCANE TEA

 

Principal Herb:Inch plant/Tradescantia Cultivar

Uses:Helps to clear heat toxins, cool blood and improve urination, excrete residual toxin from the kidneys. It is especially beneficial for people with kidney failure.

Ingredients:

300 grams whole fresh plant
3-4 segments red sugarcane water

Preparation:

1. Wash and smash the red sugarcane.

2. Wash the inch plant.

3. Add all the ingredients into a pot, add enough water to cover the ingredients.

4. Cook for 2 hours.

Dosage:

Three times weekly for patients with kidney problems; twice weekly as health supplement.
